Implement & Deliver
Build the agents. Integrate with customer systems. Deploy to production. Go live.
Checklist
- Select the reference architecture closest to the customer's use case
- Provision production SDK access and API keys
- Kick off the implementation using the playbook template (6–12 week plan)
- Share the security & compliance pack with the customer's security/legal team
- Deploy using the single-tenant deployment guide for the target cloud
- Certify at least 2 engineers via the Lyzr Academy partner track
- Run QA and testing before go-live
What done looks like
Customer has agents running in production, solving real business problems.
How to get there
Start with the multi-agent reference architectures — 10 vertical patterns are available (P2P, customer support, sales ops, content ops, agentic-RAG, finance ops, IT helpdesk, recruiting, legal review, marketing ops). Use the SDK access runbook to provision production keys. The implementation playbook provides a week-by-week template for a typical 6–12-week engagement. Share the security & compliance pack with the customer's security team (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR). For cloud-specific deployments, use the single-tenant deployment guide (AWS / Azure / GCP). Point your engineers to docs.lyzr.ai and the Lyzr Academy partner cert track.
Lyzr Academy partner cert track
Branded cert (architect.new + multi-agent design)
SDK access + API keys
Sandbox + production keys provisioning runbook
Technical Docs has integration material; no provisioning runbook per se.
Multi-agent reference architectures (10)
P2P / customer support / sales ops / content ops / agentic-RAG / finance ops / IT helpdesk / recruiting / legal review / marketing ops
3 verticals exist in Drive (Marketing, HR, Banking Workflows). 7 more to build.
Agent accelerators (6–10)
Importable templates inside architect.new (forkable starting points)
Integration library docs
Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Snowflake, HubSpot, Slack, MS Teams, Workday
Generic integration write-up exists; per-integration docs not broken out.
SOC2 letter, sub-processor list, data-residency map, pen-test summary
Compliance folder: ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR Assessment v0.4. Strong coverage.
Single-tenant deployment guide
Step-by-step deploy on AWS / GCP / Azure (per cloud)
AWS + Azure deployment material exists. GCP missing.
Implementation playbook
Week-by-week template for typical 6–12-week Lyzr engagement
"How to Take Agents to Production" playbook exists (Sep 2025) — close but written for customer-direct, not partner-led.
QA / testing patterns
Patterns for agent-behaviour testing, regression suites, prompt-eval
Versioned product docs + code samples (tier-gated where needed)
Live docs portal + Agent Studio Product Guide in Drive.
Train-the-trainer kit
Materials for the partner to train their own AEs/SAs
Exit criteria — ready for Grow & Expand
Customer has at least one multi-agent workflow running in production, processing real data, with monitoring and support in place.
Tips
- The reference architectures save 2–3 weeks of design time. Don't start from scratch.
- Get the security & compliance pack to the customer's security team in week 1 — it's often the longest-lead dependency.
- Use the Lyzr Academy cert track to upskill your own engineers. Certified architects unlock higher tier benefits.
