Your first 4 weeks as a Lyzr partner. From signing to first pipeline — here's what happens, week by week.

WEEK 0

Triage & Assign

Know who you are, assign a Lyzr partner owner, and set expectations.

  1. Mutual NDA signed
  2. Partner profile captured (region, capabilities, verticals, team size)
  3. Tier hypothesis assigned (Marquee / Strategic / Scale)
  4. Named Lyzr partner owner introduced
  5. Onboarding kickoff call scheduled

Outcome

You have a named Lyzr contact and a clear understanding of the partnership scope.

WEEK 1

Discovery

Real conversation — where are you, what's blocking, what do you need.

  1. 30-minute discovery call completed
  2. Your AI/agent strategy shared with Lyzr
  3. Joint account list identified (which of your clients overlap with Lyzr ICP)
  4. Delivery capability mapped (how many engineers, which verticals)
  5. Current Lyzr pipeline surfaced (real or planned)
  6. Blockers and gaps documented

Outcome

Lyzr has a 1-page partner profile for you. Top themes and gaps are documented.

WEEK 2

Joint Account Planning

Identify the 3–5 mutual accounts where you'll go to market jointly in the next 90 days.

  1. 60-minute joint account-planning session completed
  2. Named-account list compared against Lyzr ICP and pipeline
  3. 3–5 joint accounts identified with agreed motion (sourced / influenced / resold)
  4. Owner assigned per account (partner AE vs Lyzr AE)
  5. 90-day pipeline target locked

Outcome

A joint account map with pipeline targets. The first deals are identified.

WEEK 3

Enablement

Get your sales and SA teams equipped to sell and build Lyzr.

  1. Sales enablement session attended (60 min — use cases, deal motion, competitive positioning)
  2. SA enablement session attended (90 min — platform deep-dive, architecture patterns)
  3. Demo environment provisioned (sandbox tenant with admin access)
  4. Battlecards and use-case library distributed
  5. At least 2 engineers enrolled in Lyzr Academy partner cert track

Outcome

Your team can pitch, demo, and architect Lyzr solutions independently.

WEEK 4

Operating Cadence

Lock a sustainable rhythm that scales beyond the initial sprint.

  1. Partner Slack/Teams channel live (Lyzr + your team)
  2. First deals registered via the deal-registration form
  3. Joint pipeline sheet set up and shared
  4. Recurring cadence agreed (bi-weekly pipeline review for Marquee, monthly for others)
  5. First monthly partner newsletter received

Outcome

Sustainable operating rhythm in place. First pipeline is live. You're a producing partner.
