Joint Account Planning
Identify the 3–5 mutual accounts where you'll go to market jointly in the next 90 days.
- 60-minute joint account-planning session completed
- Named-account list compared against Lyzr ICP and pipeline
- 3–5 joint accounts identified with agreed motion (sourced / influenced / resold)
- Owner assigned per account (partner AE vs Lyzr AE)

Enablement
Get your sales and SA teams equipped to sell and build Lyzr.
- Sales enablement session attended (60 min — use cases, deal motion, competitive positioning)

- Demo environment provisioned (sandbox tenant with admin access)
