Review the pricing & margin playbook for resell margins by tier and commission rates. Use the SOW template for scoping the engagement. For new partner relationships, start with the mutual NDA. Deal is registered with clear attribution. SOW or contract is signed by both the customer and Lyzr. Handoff to implementation is scheduled.

Tips

  • Register the deal early — attribution disputes after the fact are painful. The 90-day exclusivity window protects your investment.
  • Resell deals give the best margins (20–25% off list) but require you to be the customer-of-record.
  • For large deals, involve a Lyzr AE early. The joint account-planning template is designed for this.
